- Draft ETRs: Added the ability to save an ETR as a draft. Draft ETRs can only be viewed by their reporter, and can be published later on upon being edited.
- Due Dates: Added a Due Date field to all ETR types, with a default value determined by the selected priority. Due Date appears as a column in the ETR list view, allowing the user to sort by upcoming tasks.
- Monitoring Users dropdown: The monitoring users field now uses a dropdown menu to select users.
